Cancellations & rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full payment of the treatment being charged.
Patch tests
Patch tests are required 24–48 hours before applicable treatments.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your appointment.
